Siddharth Paramhans is the Founder, CEO, & Director of Waypham India. He is credited with 40 years of success in establishing and leading specialty MNC & Indian pharmaceutical companies’ businesses in Indian subcontinent.

In his outstanding career he has had the privilege of launching over 30 ophthalmic & pharmaceutical products successfully in different sub-therapeutic segments. Many of these products have now become mature brands with multimillion USD revenues in India. Siddharth has a well-established network of ophthalmologists and pharmaceutical professionals in Indian sub-continent. They act as a strong support in all his endeavors.

His strength lies in setting strategic direction, execution-excellence, and providing strong leadership through developing and inspiring high-energy & engaging teams for strong results and productivity. Siddharth is a Bachelor of Science and has a post-graduate degree in marketing & sales management.

Launching Waypham, a new health care startup in Eye Care segment was a very thoughtful decision from Siddharth. He envisions that Waypham will bring great value to patients, customers, and doctors through its path-breaking innovative products & services.
